Step 1 — Register

A parent or legal guardian must complete the official Pathways 2 Stardom Contestant Registration Form for each contestant.

Registration does not automatically guarantee a performance spot.

Step 2 — Submit an Audition

Contestants may be required to submit an audition video or performance sample for review.

The audition allows the Pathways 2 Stardom team to confirm that the performance is appropriate for the event and meets the show's requirements.

Step 3 — Get Approved

Parents/guardians will be notified if their contestant has been approved to participate.

Approved contestants will receive additional instructions regarding arrival time, performance requirements, check-in, and show procedures.

Step 4 — Take the Stage

Approved contestants perform live before the Pathways 2 Stardom audience.

This is their opportunity to bring their talent, personality, creativity, and stage presence!

Step 5 — The Audience Votes

There are no traditional judges deciding the winner.

The winner of Pathways 2 Stardom is determined by eligible audience votes using VotePin.

Step 6 — Crown the Winner

After voting closes and the results are verified, the contestant receiving the highest number of eligible votes will be declared the Pathways 2 Stardom Winner and awarded the $750 Grand Prize, subject to verification and all official rules.

To help provide a safe, fair, organized, and family-friendly competition, all contestants and their parents/guardians must follow the official Pathways 2 Stardom rules.

1. Age Requirement

Contestants must be 10–15 years old and meet the applicable age requirement established for the competition.

2. Parent/Guardian Authorization

Because contestants are minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the registration and all required authorizations.

3. Proof of Age

Prior to payment of the Grand Prize, the parent or legal guardian of the winning contestant must present the contestant's original birth certificate for age and identity verification.

Failure to provide acceptable verification may delay or prevent prize payment.

4. Audition/Performance Sample

Contestants may be required to submit an audition video or performance sample before being approved.

Submission of an audition does not guarantee acceptance into the show.

5. Family-Friendly Performances

All performances must be appropriate for a family and youth audience.

Performances containing excessively vulgar, sexually explicit, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material may be rejected or stopped.

6. Music & Performance Tracks

Any music, instrumental tracks, or other performance materials required for the act must be submitted according to the instructions and deadlines provided by Pathways 2 Stardom.

7. Performance Time

Contestants must remain within the performance time limit provided for their scheduled show.

Performances that exceed the allotted time may be stopped to maintain the show's schedule.

8. Check-In & Arrival

Contestants must arrive and check in by the designated contestant arrival time.

Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the contestant's performance opportunity.

9. Conduct

Contestants, parents, guardians, family members, and supporters are expected to demonstrate appropriate sportsmanship and respectful behavior toward other contestants, families, staff, volunteers, and guests.

Threatening, disruptive, abusive, or intentionally interfering behavior may result in removal or disqualification.

10. Voting Integrity

Contestants and their supporters may encourage others to vote.

However, attempting to manipulate, hack, automate, falsify, purchase unauthorized votes, interfere with another contestant's votes, or otherwise circumvent the VotePin voting system or Pathways 2 Stardom voting rules is prohibited.

Votes determined to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated contrary to the established voting rules, or otherwise improperly obtained may be removed.

11. Winner Determination

The contestant receiving the highest number of verified eligible votes at the close of the voting period will be declared the winner.

In the event of a tie, Pathways 2 Stardom will use its announced tie-breaking procedure to determine the winner.

12. Photo & Video Authorization

Participation may involve photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, social media coverage, promotional content, and other media.

The contestant's parent/legal guardian must complete the required Photo/Video Release and participation authorization.

13. Registration Fees

Contestant registration fees are subject to the refund and transfer policies disclosed during registration.

If Pathways 2 Stardom cancels a scheduled show, the applicable contestant registration fee will be 100% refundable or transferable to a future Pathways 2 Stardom event registration.

14. Rule Violations

Pathways 2 Stardom reserves the right to disqualify a contestant for material violations of the official competition rules, fraudulent voting activity, inappropriate conduct, or other conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the competition.
